The title and risk of orders shall pass onto you upon Dabbawala Partner (via our delivery personnel) delivering the orders to you and you accepting the orders. Every care shall be taken to deliver orders to the intended recipient.

Dabbawala shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery based on the address given by the user or if any person impersonates the actual recipient and takes delivery of orders.

Dabbawala will try to deliver the order as per the order submitted by the user, but fully reserves a right to deliver a similar or alternate order for reasons beyond its control. The user does not have the right to refuse the order at the time of receipt and shall duly make payment in case of 'Cash on Delivery' or 'Card on Delivery' payment options.

All content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and textual content, displayed on Dabbawala Platform is the property of Smart Technologies or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.
